Introducing Beckett James💕

Things have been quite crazy around these parts lately. On September 21st we introduced our second little one into the world. My first little one is 16 and not so little anymore but he is excited just the same.

Beckett was 7lbs 13oz and 19 ¾” long when he was born. He is finally back to his birth weight. He is the sweetest little baby boy and we are so in love with him.

2020/2021 - you were a year like no other. You challenged me to re-think teaching, to create new strategies, to become less hands on but more engaging - if that’s even a real thing.

I hope I never have to endure another year of Covid teaching because that was hard.
Year 8, that’s a wrap! Now it’s time to settle in at home for my 14 months of time off for mat leave to raise my new little nugget. 🤰🏼I’m so excited for this next chapter but also scared because of the unknown.

Happy summer vacation FINALLY!

We have been busy over here doing a backyard remod

We have been busy over here doing a backyard remodel! We started off with a very sad, overgrown patio space that was not used and just plain old ugly! (Swipe to see)
What we have now is a space we can enjoy each others company, where we can gather (one day) with friends, where we can laugh and relax and just feel happy!

I’m pretty sure the twinkly Edison lights are my favourite part. What do you think?
